A friend of mine was laughing at me when I called 180 and was waiting for like 6 minits for the agents to pick and told me wic number I dailed I told him 180. To cut the story short dail 505 and wait for 1 minit no more and speak to an agent. Note this number is for newly registered sims to make compliant. Enjoy
